Ambient Afternoon // Piano, Mutable Beads & Clouds, Korg Volca Keys, Strymon Magneto & Bigsky

A rainy day with felt piano and modular synthesis.

The piano is recorded with a stereo pair of Line Audio CM4s, going into the Art TubeMix and passing through the modular system. Magneto acts as wobbly tape echo, followed by Beads and Clouds for granular effects. Finally Bigsky is adding reverb. Korg Volca Keys is going through the same chain, repeating the little minimalist chord sequence. Slight EQ & comp have been added in Logic Pro X.
