Finally Learn How Elektron LFO's Work | Hanging With Hexwave

Have you tried to figure out the Speed/Mult relationship, thought you understood it, failed, given up, thrown away your synths and learned piano, gone on a journey, come back and bought an Elektron and realized you still don't know how to use LFO's rhythmically? Well, I haven't, but I did recently learn the logic of them and how to properly use them thanks to @solarj with this video    • Rytm/Syntakt/Digitakt LFO speed and m...   . Check it out (after this one?? Or before, you do you.)

I did two of these, the first one was over a half hour because I ramble and go into too much detail! So I re-recorded it and its still quite long, but that is my style so hopefully you get the info you want. I personally am very happy about this because its the last piece of the Elektron machines that I felt like I didn't fully grasp how to use properly, and would kind of just "luck out" with getting it on time sometimes.

Thanks also to cockur from the comments of the Solarj video for giving the context of the Machinedrum and Monomachine as to why it is set up this way. Also, sorry my voice is a bit quiet compared to the Syntakt output. I forgot to normalize my voice before it was blended in with the other layers beyond the point of return, but most of the time I'm not talking while the synth is going so I don't think its a big deal. Hope you have a good day!

Also listen to my new album that just came out today! Enclave.
