Rosenkranz

Rosenkranz is a Zurich based performer and artist, focussed on music between structure and intuition.

At its core are reduced, electronic sounds, not created on a computer, but generated directly from machines, space, and the moment. Each session is a trace, a kind of documented state.

The music moves between ambient, drone, and rhythmic density. Through the selected instruments, it is warm, organic, and physical, without being just loud.

Rosenkranz understands itself less as a classical release project and more as an ongoing process, in which his process in form of artifacts and traces form markers that listeners can witness. The music is understood as an archive of thinking in sound.
