Setup:
Ableton is the master sending Midi Clock to all the synths. The Model D and the Minilogue feed in the Audio Inputs of the Digitone that acts as simple audio interface. I am using the overbridge in Ableton to record the Digitone track and the Model D and Minilogue separately.
Midi for the Prophet Rev2, Model D and Minilogue is programmed in Ableton and sent through Midi.
I am controlling some Ableton effects and Track On/Off with the Midi Twister Fighter.
