Create a Ring Modulated Patch from scratch on the Rev 2. Prophet Rev2 sound design

lets do some sound design together!

in this Video, I synthesize a patch from a raw sawtooth oscillator on the Sequential Circuits Prophet Rev 2 8 voice addition. going over the patch in as much depth as I can and providing as many tips and tricks that relate to both synthesis as well as the Rev 2 in particular. showcasing all features from the oscillators, to the filters. Envelopes to the modulation matrix. we go over the patch in its entirety

in this patch i focus on creating a pluck that is very heavily reliant on ring modulation. the particular ring mod unit in the prophet rev 2 is modelled off of the Tom Oberheim ring modulation unit that can be key tracked allowing for pitch tracking of the ring modulation itself.
