Second Sun’s debut album ‘Planetary Movement’ is now out through Petite Victory Collective.

Second Sun is a brand new musical project by Copenhagen based musician and producer Jacob Rasmussen, which presents ambient electronic soundscapes, cinematic impressions, and ethereal textures composed and performed on modular synthesizers.

His debut album, Planetary Movement, presents a deep dive into distant galaxies of sound, fragile melancholic melodies, and immersive sonic explorations. The album first started to take shape during the pandemic lockdowns, and has grown from a palette of flow state improvisation, long sleepless nights, as well as an insatiable hunger for exploring the creative field between human and machine.
