Hexwave’s album 'Spiral' is now available through Petite Victory Collective.

“‘Spiral’ continues the series of downtempo and ambient albums from last year's ‘Aeternus’, and 2024's ‘Enclave'. In the past few years, I have been leaning a lot more towards slower paced and cinematic pieces, while the heavier and faster tracks have become more of a side project.
It features long, meandering tracks that often start minimal and slowly ramp up to a crescendo, like the opening title track. Several are of a darker tone, but there are uplifting moments as well.
Thematically it is fairly loose, and while I always have a general direction and idea when putting together an album, it is meant to maybe put some set dressing and let your mind fill in the rest.
This album was made largely with the Dreadbox Artemis and the Elektron Tonverk, made over the course of the past year. The artwork is a photograph taken and edited by David Fidalgo Martin aka Bricks aka Atum Rex.”
