Formal Process’s new album 'Witness to Tyranny' is now out through Petite Victory Collective.

'When cruelty is intended by the regime in power, resistance reacts in many forms.' - This 2025 collection of songs by FormalProcess delves into the feelings of uncertainty, despair, sadness, frustration, and confusion from the acts of tyranny and cruelty brought to the people from an ego-centric leadership, starting with harm to our beloved immigrant population and continuing to the least among us.

When facts tell an unpleasant reality, the truth tellers are fired and shunned. Through this exploration of dark themes, passion for resistance and hope for rebuilding is sparked. May this provide solace and comfort during this uncertain time.

This collection of tracks vary from melodic ambient to industrial to downtempo beats to woozy, dreamy experimental; a journey reflective of the chaotic themes of tyranny.

All proceeds of this album will be donated to local Washington DC non-profits that support homeless persons and immigrants.
